Evatuss — Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Conditions

– You may request a return within 14 days after delivery.
– The product must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging.
– Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned.
– If an item arrives broken or defective, the buyer must report it with a photo within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Return Process

– Return requests must be submitted by email to info@evatuss.com.
– Once approved, the item must be shipped to the return address provided by the seller.
– The product will be inspected after arrival before a return is approved.

3. Refund Conditions

– Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
– Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
– Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. International Orders

– For international customers, the return window is 30 days from the date of delivery.
– If the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Evatuss will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us at info@evatuss.com within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
– For standard returns (change of mind or item no longer needed), the customer is responsible for the international return shipping costs.
– Customs duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees are non-refundable.
– If the buyer refuses to clear the item from customs, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
– Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, to the original payment method.
